Mounts and mount systems: We have a lot of variation possibilities of mounts
for DeepVee and Catamaran applications or Twin
engine packages. All mounts anodized in blue. Our
mounts only fit to our crank houses! All engine components are available with left hand
threads so we have an easy concept to assemble counter rotating engines. Twin engine packages may be build up very easily in
an absolutely symmetric way. For example: 2 MOUSE HOUSE in 233 Cat of Marco Z.

Mounts 134mm wide, sidewise M6-threaded bores. On output side prepared for our clutch or gearbox
systems. On the starter side prepared for ZENOAH CDI
ignition, the electronic ignition PowerSpark also can be adapted. We do have a similar mount system for boats
with 5” rails Mounts 96mm wide, On starter side prepared for the electronic ignition
PowerSpark. ZENOAH CDI ignition does not fit. Powerhouse will be 126mm (= 5”) wide with 2 rubber isolators. On output side prepared for our clutch system. Cat mounts 100mm wide, longitudinal M6-threaded bores. Leads to very slim engines which will fit to
MHZ-CT03, HPR-CT04 or similar with ease. On output side prepared for our clutch system. On
starter side prepared for the electronic ignition PowerSpark. ZENOAH CDI
ignition does not fit. Asymmetrical mount system. On starter side prepared
for the electronic ignition PowerSpark. ZENOAH CDI ignition does not fit. On output side prepared for our clutch system. Symmetrical and very slim concept could be realized,
for example in riggers or slim deep vees. With these mounts an installation of RAT HOUSE in
the HPR233 or MHZ Mystiv 245 would be possible. |

Elektronic ignition by www.tne-systeme.de This ignition allows to build up very small
multi-cylinder engines because the red source coils are not longer needed.
Instead of those coils we have a small sensor. The red anodized black box could be fixed anywhere
in the hull near the engine |

This system turns the carbs by 90 degrees, result:
the butterfly axis is vertically located. This allows a much more easy carb
linkage w/o the need to adjust that day by day. The carb openings show due to the angled isolators
more to the top to allow better breathing. The set contains all needed things you need incl.
the linkage parts: - 2 x special isolator gasket - 2 x aluminium isolator - 4 x special M5 screws - 4 x special carb gasket - 2 x epoxy gasket - linkage with special adaption
parts Note 1: customer must be able to cut M3 threaded
bores (or N4-40UNC or N5-40 UNC) into pre-drilled bores Note 2: system is designed for carb WALBRO WT1048.
If the lever of your carb’s shaft is different we
must check if our system fits. |
